  Quite dismayed how there can be such difference between two centres. Have had my vehicle serviced at Albion mostly, which is usually very good, however, Kedron has been a disappointment every time. Rang to get a quote for a 240,000 service for my Hilux. First call I was quoted around $800.
  
  Rang a second time and second call I received a quote for $1,000. When I questioned what was involved, I couldn't get a straight answer and the person on the other end was quite indignant that I actually asked. Customer service here is appalling, distinct lack of professionalism and a strong reluctance to actually provide details when asked.
