  I found the service centre to be really unprofessional. We booked in to get our car air con fixed and it became such a saga. First they didn't have the part, then they ordered the wrong part. Went in today and was told the part still hadn't arrived (thanks for the courtesy call to inform us, as we'd booked it in) and that they probably can't help us because as of tomorrow they stop servicing Great Wall vehicles. You have to chase them over everything, as they don't get back to you. Save yourself the time and hassle and book into a better service centre than this.
